HeroForge Fall 2026 Retreat
Your first AI Team, running on your Genesis Brain.
Four days in Miami to hire your AI staff, put them on your Genesis Brain, and hand one whole job to an AI Team that runs it end to end. Physicians and anyone who handles patient data build theirs on infrastructure that can legally hold it. You leave with a team that works and a plan for the next one.
Most people who use AI every day are at rung 1. A chat you have to keep feeding, the whole story every time. Genesis Coaching and the bootcamp take you to rung 2: a named AI Employee that knows your world and delivers work you can send as-is. This retreat is rung 3. Several AI Employees run one job end to end, and running the steps leaves your hands.
One hire that knows your world. Your Copywriter writes in your voice because she read your Handbook. Your Strategist knows your offers. Your Ads Specialist knows your compliance rules. Each one delivers work you can send. You are still the one carrying the work between them.
Several AI Employees run one job end to end. You give one instruction. The Strategist picks the angle, the Copywriter drafts, the Ads Specialist reviews, the Copywriter finalizes. A team lead hands off each step, checks the work, and stops for your say-so before anything goes out. Running the steps just left your hands.
Rungs 1 and 2 are about how good one hire is. Rungs 3 to 6 are about how many of them work together. You cannot skip the first two, because a team of assistants is just a bigger mess.
| Rung | Name | What just left your hands |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | AI Assistant | Doing the task yourself |
| 2 | AI Employee | Explaining yourself every time |
| 3 | AI Team | Running the steps. This retreat. |
| 4 | AI Department | Assigning the work |
| 5 | AI Company | Checking the work against your standard |
| 6 | AI Empire | Deciding what to change |
Four things, in this order. Each one depends on the one before it.
Everything your business knows, searchable by meaning in milliseconds. Documents, transcripts, financials, the knowledge in your head. Intro Day builds it from your files. The Main Event connects your staff to it. Your Handbook tells a hire who you are. Your Brain gives it everything else.
Three to five named AI Employees for one job you actually run every week. Each one interviews you, reads your Handbook, and gets trained on real work until you send its output without touching it. You name them. They stay.
One job, written down as a Playbook: the steps, who does each one, what each reads and writes, and where you sign off. A team lead that runs it: hands off each step, checks the work, and brings you in only when your say-so is needed. You run it once, end to end, from a single instruction, in the room, with the HeroForge team beside you.
For physicians and anyone who handles protected health information (PHI). Where PHI can go and where it can never go. How to put your staff on infrastructure covered by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), the contract that lets a vendor handle patient data under HIPAA. The one rule that prevents most real mistakes: nothing real gets typed until you have confirmed, out loud, which workspace you are in. In the room you work on synthetic and de-identified data only. This is not legal advice. Your attorney or compliance officer signs off on your setup.
Bay Point • Biscayne Bay • South Beach • Wynwood

Warm water, wide sand, the lifeguard towers. Morning yoga here, and Saturday afternoon off.

Friday afternoon on Biscayne Bay. The city looks different from a boat.

Saturday evening among the murals, then dinner in Wynwood.

Bay Point, on Biscayne Bay. Bright, quiet, one big table, fast wifi. Where the building happens.

Group dinners every night of the Main Event, outdoors when the weather allows.
Optional add-on. Required if you are not in Genesis Coaching and have not been to a prior retreat. 10am to 5pm.
Three days to hire your AI staff, put them on your Brain, and run one job through your first AI Team.
Optional add-on. Two days to take your team from working to Senior, and start the second job.
The Agentics Foundation is the open community behind much of the stack Genesis runs on. Its South Florida chapter meets at the retreat on Sunday, November 22 at 6pm. Open to every retreat attendee at no charge, whether or not you are staying for the Hackerspace.

Every activity is included and every one is optional.
HeroForge Mastermind Pro members and Genesis Coaching clients who own at least one working AI hire, or who take the Intro Day to get there. Business owners who are tired of carrying the work between their hires. Physicians who want their staff on infrastructure that can hold patient data.
You do not need to be technical. You need to be willing to follow steps. Everything in the room is copy-paste ready and the HeroForge team is at your table.

Accommodations are on your own. That keeps the price down and lets you pick what suits you. Three we recommend, from closest to the splurge:

If you are in Genesis Coaching, or you have been to a prior HeroForge retreat, no. You already have a Brain and a working hire, which is where the Main Event starts. If neither is true, yes. It is one day and it is the difference between building on Friday and catching up on Friday.
You are welcome to. Intro Day is a good place to refresh your Brain and onboard a new hire with support at your table. It is not required.
Anyone you bring. A guest without programming joins every meal, activity and evening and skips the sessions. A guest with programming builds beside you.
Wherever you like. Three hotels we recommend are listed above, from the closest and most affordable to the splurge.
A laptop, a Claude Max account, and your business files. If you are taking the Intro Day, that is all. If you are skipping it, bring your Brain and at least one working hire.
Not in the room. Everything you build on Intro Day and in the Main Event runs on synthetic or de-identified data. The HIPAA track shows you exactly where real patient data can go, which infrastructure is covered by a BAA, and the workspace rule that prevents the most common mistake. Your attorney or compliance officer signs off before anything real goes in.
The Agentics Foundation is the open community behind much of the stack Genesis runs on. Its South Florida chapter meets at the retreat Sunday evening at 6pm. It is free and open to every attendee.
No. You need to follow steps and ask when you are stuck. The HeroForge team is at your table for every workshop.
Four days. Your Brain, your staff, one job that runs without you carrying it. Reserve your seat and we will send the full agenda and what to prepare.
